This project was always planned as a ground-up new home construction. What made it different was the unique location.

It had a creek running through the middle of the property and a completely unusable hillside across from the residence. We were able to create a park-like setting without intruding too much on the natural habitat and still incorporating a three level structure into the landscape. From start to finish the job took four months to complete.
