We purchased a large property and decided to only build one residence. From start to finish the project took six months to complete. Every home we build includes central Vac system, On Demand hot water system, and several other unique features. This project came in under budget and was completed in 5 months.
This project was a new home construction. Heartwood Construction was initially hired for a complete remodel. After evaluation of the dilapidated condition of the structure, the decision was made to switch from a remodel to building new. This project came in under budget and was completed in 5 months.
This job started out as a fire burn remodel. It became increasingly evident that we could not save any of the original structure. The project started at the beginning of February 2013 and ended the beginning of May 2013, three months later. This included ground-up brand-new construction and all exterior landscape and concrete work. We used some of the old floorboards to make the vegetable planter boxes and also used them as the kickboard on the new fence.
This property was purchased in October 2013 and the remodel was completed in 5 months. The project’s scope included an overhaul from the ground-up, including the landscaping. Amenities on the property include a built-in whole house vacuum, whole house water filtration system, on demand hot water, and heated master bath floor.
This project was always planned as a ground-up new home construction. What made it different was the unique location. It had a creek running through the middle of the property and a completely unusable hillside across from the residence. We were able to create a park-like setting without intruding too much on the natural habitat and still incorporating a three level structure into the landscape. From start to finish the job took four months to complete.
This 3000 sq. ft. property was remodeled in 2006. The client was working with another contractor when they asked Heartwood Construction to review the plans. Major structural issues with the work were discovered which ultimately lead to Heartwood Construction taking over the job.
